The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear declaration (e.g. by post or email) to the address specified in the terms and conditions. The withdrawal is only valid if it is received within the 14-day period.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to:

• Individually customized services (§ XI, Section 3).
• Services provided that were started with the customer’s express consent within the withdrawal period (§ XI, Section 4).
