How it works
- After you have placed one of the products in our store in the shopping cart and placed the order at the checkout, you will receive a confirmation email. After you have paid for the selected products and the amount has been received by us, you will immediately receive a questionnaire by email. Please fill it out completely. (Please note that the questionnaire will only be sent once payment has been received). Please feel free to send us any questions and/or comments in the questionnaire in advance. Completing the questionnaire serves to ensure the quality of the analysis. After receipt of your payment, the issued invoice will automatically be sent to you digitally and you can download it. After completing the questionnaire, please send us the video material (and/or photos). You can find our contact details under “Contact”. (Preferred application WhatsApp or YouTube videos). Please include the name of the customer and the order number in the message where you send the videos so that we can allocate them correctly.
- The analysis usually arrives as a PDF directly to the email address provided within 3-4 working days after the video material arrives. At peak times, the processing time may increase slightly, I ask for your understanding!
- Included in the scope of analysis: Recommendations and suggestions for improving riding technique or general suggestions for improvement.
- Included in the scope of analysis, if desired: a chat or telephone call at a previously agreed time of max. 15 minutes per analysis.
- Price is to be understood per horse
If the customer does not send the service provider the video/photo material required for the analysis within 14 days of receiving the order, the analysis cannot be carried out. In this case, the service provider shall assume that the customer does not wish to make use of the ordered service and the price of the purchased product shall be forfeited. In case of exclusion from the consultancy service in accordance with the GTC, the consultancy fee will not be refunded.
IMPORTANT: basic requirement for a good online analysis are good, high-quality ACTUAL videos of at least approx. 8-10 minutes in length! No slow motion! No manipulation or digitally altered video recordings! The videos must reach us no later than 14 working days after placing the order!
