2. How long does it take to receive the result of my analysis?
Once we have received your videos, you can expect the analysis within 3 to 4 working days. (Please note: the videos must reach us within 14 days after purchasing our products!)
3. What type of videos should I submit for analysis?
The best videos are recent, 8-10 minute videos without editing or effects.
4. What happens if I made a mistake when ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the data.
5. Can I exercise my right of withdrawal if I have already received the analysis?
The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the service has been fully provided and you have agreed to the immediate provision of the service.

We accept bank transfers as well as secure online payments by credit card.
8. Can I view the analysis results again later?
Yes, you will receive the analysis in PDF format by email and can access it again at any time.

11. Do you also offer training sessions at your dressage stable?
Yes, personal training sessions or training days in our riding stable in Ilona Major are possible upon request. Please contact us to make an appointment and discuss individual conditions.
